IPA-02 Add Addtional 100 Tags to IPA-01

Assuming that you purchase the IPA-01 product, it includes an analysis of up to 500 tags. For any number of tags exceeding 500, an additional IPA-02 product will be required.

The number of IPA-02 products is calculated as follows:

• INT((Number of Tags - 500) / 100) + 1.
  • for example 651 >> INT((651-500)/100 )+ 1 >> INT( (151)/100 )+ 1 >> 1 + 1 ==>> 2
• This ensures that we can fully cover the additional tags in your analysis.
• Each IPA-02 product provides analysis for up to 100 additional tags, ensuring a comprehensive assessment for your industrial plant needs.

The Industrial Plant Assessment (IPA) has been developed for the continuous processes such as refineries or chemical plants. It consist of the following phases

• A- Selecting and collecting the Plant Analog Inputs (AI), Analog Outputs (AO) Data
• B- Partial Component Analysis of AI, AO and Both
• C- Oscillation Analysis
• D- Controller Performance Analysis
